As the Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Cronk’s Garage Doors, Erin is the driving force behind everything that keeps the business running. She oversees day-to-day operations, customer service, marketing, and accounts—making sure every part of the journey feels seamless and stress-free.

Erin keeps the wheels turning—managing schedules, supporting the team, and making sure every client gets the service they deserve. She’s deeply passionate about people and believes that great service is what truly sets CGD apart. Erin makes sure every client feels supported, valued, and confident they’ve chosen the right team.

Business Development Manager

Wayne’s the guy out front making connections and opening doors—literally and figuratively. As CGD’s Business Development Manager, he’s all about finding the right fit for our clients and making sure every job starts off on the right foot.

Known for his iconic hat and friendly chat, Wayne brings a relaxed, relationship-first approach to every interaction. When he’s not in the office, Wayne’s usually on the move—he’ll find any excuse to get his steps in (especially if there’s a coffee at the end of it). From first chat to final install, Wayne helps make the CGD experience feel easy, personal, and well looked after.
